You will take your measurement from the center of the pipe to the wall (not the baseboard). If you want to get a head start on your furnishings while your house is being built, then you might need to measure the rough in when there’s only a foundation. In this case, you can measure from the center of your plumbing to the lines marked to show where the wall will be (without marks for the wall you won’t be able to measure the rough in). Measuring A Rough In For A Corner Toilet.Measuring for a corner toilet might seem tricky, but it’s just as easy.
